- A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is required for teaching positions.
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Familiarity with the curriculum and pedagogy of Psychology at the secondary school level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
