Job Description
Teaching Hindi at St Marks Senior Secondary Public School involves shaping young minds through engaging grammar, literature, and language exercises in a structured yet creative environment. The role focuses on developing foundational and advanced Hindi skills, ensuring students grasp language nuances while maintaining academic excellence.
This position requires designing and delivering lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum, covering grammar, vocabulary, composition, and literature. Daily instruction includes interactive sessions, practical exercises, and assignments to reinforce learning. The teacher also guides students through oral and written assessments, providing constructive feedback to improve their language proficiency.
Assessment duties include grading assignments, conducting periodic tests, and preparing progress reports. Planning involves preparing lesson outlines, selecting appropriate reading materials, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs. The teacher collaborates with the Hindi department to ensure cohesive learning experiences across grades.
A graduate with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is required. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in Hindi or related subjects, is essential. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial for career growth.
The salary for this full-time position is Rs.18,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, with the opportunity to work in Punjabi Bagh, West Delhi. The role emphasizes dedication to language education while fostering a supportive classroom environment.
