Role Summary
As a TGT English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English Language and Literature to students from Class 6 to 10. You will create engaging lesson plans, deliver interactive and effective classes, and assess student progress to ensure that they meet their full potential. Your role will involve developing a deep understanding of our students' needs and abilities, and adapting your teaching methods to meet their individual requirements.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver engaging English Language and Literature lessons to students from Class 6 to 10.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative teaching methods to engage students and promote deep learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that enhance the curriculum and teaching practices.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development programs to stay updated on best practices in teaching and learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and events that promote the school's vision and values.
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Post-graduate degree in English Literature or a related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- TET or CTET certification (desirable but not essential).
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching English Language and Literature to students from Class 6 to 10.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to new teaching methods and technologies.

- Salary: Rs.30,000 - Rs.45,000 per month.
