TGT English Teacher Responsibilities
You will deliver structured English language instruction to students in classes 9 to 12 at St. Marks Senior Secondary Public School in Punjabi Bagh. Your focus will be on developing foundational grammar, vocabulary, literature, and communication skills through engaging classroom activities, discussions, and assignments.
Daily lesson planning will align with the curriculum while incorporating interactive methods like role-plays, group projects, and multimedia presentations to enhance learning. You’ll assess student progress through periodic tests, assignments, and oral evaluations to track improvement in comprehension, writing, and speaking abilities.
Engaging with students beyond the classroom will be part of your role, including guiding them through debates, poetry recitals, and collaborative writing projects to foster confidence in English.
Eligibility and Qualifications
A postgraduate degree in English or a related subject is essential for this position. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Four years of relevant teaching experience in English at the secondary level is required.

This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000. The role is based at St. Marks Senior Secondary Public School in Punjabi Bagh, West Delhi.
