About This Role
We invite an experienced TGT Mathematics Teacher to join Banasthali Public School New Delhi's mathematics faculty in Patel Nagar, West Delhi. As a senior member of the department, you will contribute to curriculum development and implementation, as well as lead board exam coaching for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach mathematics to students in classes VI to X, ensuring comprehensive understanding and application of concepts
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, aligning with the CBSE curriculum
- Conduct regular board exam coaching sessions, providing targeted guidance and practice materials
- Evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and assessment summaries
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement mathematics projects and activities
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and progress reports
- Supervise students during mathematics-related activities and projects
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying updated on best practices in mathematics education
Required Qualifications
A postgraduate degree in mathematics or a related field is essential, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. TET or CTET certification is preferred, but not mandatory. With a minimum of 4 years of teaching experience, preferably in a senior secondary school, you will possess the expertise to inspire and motivate students in mathematics.
