Strategic Responsibilities
* Design and implement engaging Mathematics curricula and lesson plans for students from classes VI to X.

* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Mathematics projects that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and inform instructional strategies.
* Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's Mathematics progress.
* Design and deliver in-service training programs for teachers to improve their Mathematics pedagogy and content knowledge.
* Stay updated with curriculum developments, teaching methods, and technology integration in Mathematics education.
* Oversee the management of Mathematics resources, including textbooks, digital tools, and equipment.
* Contribute to the development of the school's Mathematics policy and strategic plans.
* Represent the school at Mathematics conferences and workshops to stay abreast of best practices.
What You Bring
* A postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification.
* At least 2 years of experience as a TGT Mathematics Teacher in a school setting.
* Proficiency in teaching Mathematics to students of diverse learning abilities.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and guide colleagues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Familiarity with Mathematics curricula and pedagogy in the Indian education system.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead a team with confidence and effectiveness.
