Your Students
As a TGT Painting Teacher at Banasthali Public School, you will be working with students from varying learning levels, including those with special needs. Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver differentiated instruction in Painting to students of different skill levels.
- Prepare and maintain a safe, organized, and aesthetically pleasing learning environment.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans.
- Provide individualized support to students with special needs.
- Develop and implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate with parents.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Painting education and incorporate them into your teaching practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Fine Arts or a related field.
- Valid B.Ed or D.El.Ed certificate.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Painting at a school level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits
