Responsibilities
- Lead the AI integration strategy across all school departments, ensuring alignment with the institution’s vision.
- Design and implement AI-driven administrative tools for admissions, attendance, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with senior management to set measurable goals for AI adoption and track progress.
- Conduct workshops for staff on AI tools, data privacy, and ethical use of technology.
- Maintain documentation of AI systems, workflows, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to evaluate and deploy new AI solutions.
Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in AI or data science projects.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Project management experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, data security, and privacy regulations.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Qualification
Post‑graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. B.Ed/D.El.Ed not required for this non‑teaching role.
Salary
Rs.20,000 – Rs.36,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skill set.
Experience
Minimum 2 years in a leadership or managerial role involving AI or technology implementation.
