Monitor student progress through periodic assessments and provide constructive feedback. Represent the school at English-related workshops or competitions, if applicable.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements. Conduct parent-teacher interactions to discuss student performance and academic growth. Organize extracurricular activities like poetry recitals, debate clubs, or literary clubs to encourage creativity.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a post-graduate qualification in English or a related subject. Three years of teaching experience in English at the secondary or senior secondary level is mandatory. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, it is highly preferred for this PGT English Teacher in Ahmedabad, Gujarat role.
