To fit in here, you should have a postgraduate degree in English and a B.Ed/D.El.Ed with at least 3 years of teaching experience at the TGT level. While TET or CTET isn’t mandatory, it’s a plus if you’ve cleared either. What matters most is your passion for language and your ability to make grammar and literature come alive for students.
