Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Accountancy lessons to classes XI and XII, following the prescribed curriculum and assessment guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and practical exercises that simplify complex concepts for students.
- Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to help learners improve.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress reports in accordance with school policies.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and parent‑teacher interactions to discuss student development.
- Mentor junior teachers and assist in the organization of co‑curricular activities related to commerce and finance.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Accountancy education and incorporate relevant resources into classroom teaching.
Qualifications & Experience
- Post‑graduate degree in Accountancy or a related field (M.Com, MBA, MA Economics, etc.).
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Preference given to candidates who have cleared TET/CTET, though it is not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English and Gujarati, and a passion for student development.
Salary & Location
The position offers a salary range of Rs.38,000 – Rs.70,000 per month. The posting is based in Baruch, Bharuth, Gujarat.
