Raksha Shakti School | Dehgam seeks a dedicated PRT English Teacher to join their team in Dehgam, Gandhinagar. Fixed Requirements
The ideal candidate must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least three years of teaching experience. A TET or CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. The salary for this position is set at Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
Classroom Structure
Teaching time will be divided between direct instruction, group activities, and individual student support. Lessons will include phonics, reading comprehension, simple writing exercises, and conversational practice. The focus is on building confidence and foundational skills in a supportive atmosphere.
Assessment Approach
