Responsibilities
Teach Physics to students in classes 9 to 12, ensuring alignment with the Gujarat Board curriculum and NCERT guidelines. Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate modern teaching methodologies, including practical demonstrations and interactive experiments. Assess student performance through continuous evaluation, including internal exams and board preparations, while maintaining a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with the science faculty to create interdisciplinary projects and extracurricular activities that foster scientific curiosity. Participate in school events, such as science fairs and competitions, to promote academic excellence and community engagement.
Qualification
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Physics. Possess a valid TET/CTET certificate for teaching in Gujarat schools. Have expertise in advanced physics topics like mechanics, electricity, magnetism, and modern physics to cater to diverse student abilities.
Experience
Prove at least four years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting with a focus on Physics. Demonstrate experience in designing curriculum-based assessments and adapting teaching strategies for different learning levels. Familiarity with Gujarat’s educational policies and resources will be an asset.
Salary and Employment Type
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, along with full-time employment at Hillwoods Academy Of Higher Education | Gujarat.
