Job Description
PRT Computer Science Teacher Position in Mundra, Kachchh
Shri O P Jindal Vidya Niketan invites applications for the role of Primary Teacher (PRT) in Computer Science. This full-time position is based in Mundra, Kachchh, Gujarat, offering a monthly salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.22,000. The ideal candidate will hold a graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
Core Responsibilities
Teaching Computer Science to students in Class 6 to Class 8. This includes designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, using interactive teaching methods, and ensuring students grasp fundamental programming concepts and digital literacy skills.
Additional Duties
Participating in school-wide activities and extracurricular programs related to technology and innovation. Assisting in organizing workshops or competitions on emerging tech trends, such as coding, robotics, or cybersecurity basics.
Qualifications and Experience
A graduate degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is mandatory. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required for the role. Two years of relevant teaching experience in Computer Science or a related subject is preferred. No TET/CTET certification is necessary for this position.
