- Prepare budgets, track expenses, and report financial status to the administration.
- Lead a team of volunteers and support staff, assigning duties and monitoring progress.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance reviews, and event outcomes.
- Represent the school at community events, showcasing the dance program and fostering goodwill.
Qualifications
Graduate degree required; B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred. Experience of at least three years in dance program management or similar leadership roles. TET/CTET certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
Salary
Rs.20,000 – Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
