PRT Computer Science Teacher Position at Shree Swaminarayan Gadi International Techno School, Godhra
Shree Swaminarayan Gadi International Techno School in Godhra seeks a dedicated PRT (Practicing Teacher) for Computer Science to join its dynamic curriculum. The role demands hands-on teaching of foundational programming concepts, digital literacy, and practical applications across Class 6 to 12. This position requires a strong grasp of syllabus-based coding, algorithms, and software development basics while adapting teaching methods to engage diverse learning levels.
The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging lessons, including lab-based projects, to build students’ computational thinking. Daily classroom management—ensuring punctuality, discipline, and active participation—is critical. Collaborate with the Computer Science faculty to refine lesson plans, assess student progress, and integrate emerging technologies where relevant. Prepare and maintain well-structured syllabus-aligned teaching resources, such as worksheets, code examples, and interactive demonstrations.
Teaching responsibilities also include evaluating student performance through practical assignments, quizzes, and project-based assessments. Actively participate in school events, workshops, or extracurricular activities related to tech education to foster interest in the subject. Maintain accurate attendance records, attendance logs, and student progress reports as per school policies.
To qualify, hold a graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience in Computer Science or a relevant subject is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly preferred. The salary for this full-time position is Rs.15,000 to Rs.32,000 per month.
