PGT Computer Science Teacher Responsibilities
Teach Computer Science at the senior secondary level in Kg Dholakiya School, covering core subjects like programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and computer networks. Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with Gujarat Board curriculum standards, ensuring clarity and practical application.
Prepare and evaluate students’ assignments, projects, and exams to assess understanding and progress in hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and theoretical concepts. Actively participate in classroom demonstrations, lab sessions, and practical workshops to reinforce learning through real-world examples.
Collaborate with school management to integrate technology-based learning initiatives, such as coding clubs or digital literacy programs, while maintaining a focus on foundational computer science principles. Maintain updated teaching resources, including textbooks, software tools, and educational software, to support effective instruction.
Eligibility and Requirements
Hold a postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree to qualify as a teacher in Gujarat. Gain practical teaching experience in Computer Science for at least two years in schools.
