Role Summary
The Assistant Computer Science Teacher will be responsible for teaching Computer Science to students from class 6th to 12th, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science and experience in teaching students of various age groups.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver Computer Science lessons to students from class 6th to 12th
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Utilize technology to enhance student learning experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and assessments
- Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe learning environment
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school events
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and industry developments
Who Can Apply
Applicants must possess a B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree in Computer Science or a related field. A TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of teaching experience in Computer Science and be comfortable with technology integration in the classroom.
