Nursery Teacher Trainee (NTT) Position for English in Surat

This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.25,000.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate English lessons tailored to Nursery students, focusing on vocabulary, phonics, and early literacy. Incorporate storytelling, songs, and simple activities to make learning fun and interactive. Observe students’ progress and adjust teaching methods to meet individual needs, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment. Collaborate with the curriculum team to align lessons with school learning objectives. Maintain a clean, organized classroom space and assist in organizing educational materials and resources.
Qualifications
Hold a graduate degree in any discipline with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) as the minimum requirement. Strong communication skills in English are essential, with a focus on clear articulation and interactive teaching. Familiarity with early childhood development principles is a plus. No TET/CTET certification is mandatory for this role.
Experience
Proven experience in teaching English to children aged 3 to 6 years is preferred. Previous experience in a Nursery or kindergarten setting will be highly beneficial. Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learning styles is crucial. A passion for fostering creativity and confidence in young learners is a must.
