Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age‑appropriate Hindi lessons aligned with the state curriculum.
Use varied teaching methods, including storytelling, role‑play, and multimedia, to enhance language proficiency.
Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and oral examinations, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Hindi themes into interdisciplinary projects.
Maintain an organized classroom environment that encourages respectful discussion and active participation.
Participate in school meetings, parent‑teacher conferences, and professional development workshops related to Hindi instruction.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Hindi.
Graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory.
Strong command of Hindi grammar, literature, and contemporary usage.
Compensation
Salary range: Rs.16,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
