How You Will Teach
Instruction will be delivered using smart boards, Google Classroom, and the school’s learning management system. Blended learning will combine in‑class discussions with online modules, enabling flexible pacing and interactive debates. Students will engage with digital case studies, virtual field trips, and live polls during lessons.
What You Will Do
1. Design lesson plans that integrate multimedia resources and current affairs.
2. Develop and maintain a Google Classroom repository for assignments and resources.
3. Facilitate virtual debates and simulations using video conferencing tools.
4. Coordinate with the ICT team to troubleshoot and optimize classroom technology.
5. Mentor junior teachers on effective use of digital tools.
6. Analyze student performance data to tailor instructional strategies.
7. Organize community outreach projects that connect theory with civic participation.
8. Participate in the school’s professional development workshops on emerging educational technologies.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a post‑graduate degree in Political Science and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of two years of teaching experience in a school setting is required. The role is a full‑time position located in Surat, Gujarat.
