To qualify for this position, the candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in English or a related field along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably in English or language education, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be considered a strong advantage.
