Role Summary
Delhi Public School Surat invites applications for a full-time TGT Mathematics Teacher in Chorasi, Surat. The role requires a postgraduate with 4 years of teaching experience in Mathematics at the secondary level. Responsibilities include curriculum delivery, assessment, and student mentoring.
What You Will Do
Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons for Classes 6 to 10 as per CBSE guidelines.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and practice exercises for TGT Mathematics.
Assess student progress through regular tests, assignments, and examinations.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, marks, and feedback.
Organize remedial sessions for students needing additional support.
Collaborate with subject heads to align teaching strategies with school goals.
Participate in PTMs, staff meetings, and school events regularly.
Use digital tools and smart classrooms to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Mathematics with minimum 50% marks.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from a recognized institution.
4 years of full-time teaching experience in secondary Mathematics.
Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
Good to Have
CTET/TET qualification.
Experience with CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
Familiarity with Gujarat state board syllabus.
What Makes You a Fit
Candidates with a strong foundation in algebra, geometry, and arithmetic will fit well. Those who have handled competitive exam preparation classes for Mathematics will be preferred. Experience in Chorasi or nearby areas of Surat is advantageous.

Salary offered is Rs.25,000 to Rs.45,000 per month based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include PF, gratuity, medical insurance, and transport allowance. Professional development opportunities are provided annually.
