Student Support and Development
Encourage participation in sports clubs, fitness challenges, and wellness programs. Provide guidance on nutrition, hydration, and injury prevention to support students’ holistic growth. Act as a mentor to help students overcome physical challenges and build confidence through sports.
Assessment and Evaluation
Monitor student progress through continuous assessments, including participation records, skill evaluations, and performance in competitions. Use feedback to refine teaching strategies and improve engagement levels. Maintain records of student achievements and growth in physical fitness.
Administrative Duties
Assist in organizing school events, including sports days, parent-teacher meetings, and community outreach programs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during physical activities. Work closely with the principal to address any concerns related to student well-being and sports participation.
This position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month for a qualified candidate with a postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field, along with at least two years of teaching experience.
