Core Duties
Teaching Business Studies at the senior secondary level, covering key topics such as financial accounting, business environment, and management principles.
Developing and updating lesson plans, syllabi, and assessment tools to enhance student engagement and academic outcomes.
Facilitating interactive sessions, case studies, and group projects to reinforce theoretical knowledge with real-world relevance.
Assisting in extracurricular activities like business clubs, competitions, and guest lectures to enrich students’ exposure.
Supporting the school’s administrative processes, including reporting student progress and maintaining academic records.
Qualification and Experience
A postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field is mandatory.
A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is required for teaching at this level.
Experience of at least two years in teaching Business Studies at the secondary or senior secondary level is preferred.
A valid Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certificate is beneficial but not mandatory.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month, along with the opportunity to contribute to a progressive educational environment in Ambala Cantt.
