As an NTT Evs Teacher, you will be expected to integrate technology seamlessly into your teaching practices. You will utilize smart boards to create interactive lessons, Google Classroom to assign and track assignments, and our LMS to monitor student progress. A blended learning approach will be encouraged to cater to diverse learning styles. Your expertise will be essential in creating a conducive environment for students to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Evs lessons to students of varying age groups and abilities.
- Utilize smart boards, Google Classroom, and LMS to create and share resources, assignments, and grades.
- Develop and implement a blended learning approach to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with peers to integrate interdisciplinary topics and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and programs.
- Engage with parents and guardians through regular progress reports and parent-teacher meetings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school events and activities.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments to evaluate student learning outcomes.
- Participate in staff training and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a TET or CTET certification.
- A minimum of two years of experience in teaching, preferably in an Evs or related subject.
Preferred Skills
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency in using educational technology tools.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools, such as Google Classroom and LMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
