Who You Will Teach
As a Hindi teacher at B.k. Sr. Sec. School in Bhiwani, Haryana, you will be working with students from various academic levels, including classes VI to XII. You will be responsible for creating an inclusive classroom environment that caters to the diverse needs of all learners, including those with special requirements.
What You Will Do
1. Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons to students of different abilities and learning styles.
2. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with varying levels of proficiency in Hindi.
3. Use a range of teaching strategies to promote active learning, critical thinking, and creativity.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to take risks and explore their interests.
5. Develop and implement assessments to measure student progress and understanding.
6. Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra assistance with Hindi language and literature.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote literacy and language skills.
8. Stay up-to-date with developments in Hindi language and literature, and incorporate relevant themes and issues into your teaching practice.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a related field, and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. While a CTET or TET certificate is not mandatory, it is preferred.
