What You Will Do
- Teach Hindi language and literature to Classes I to X
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students
- Use smart boards and Google Classroom to create interactive and engaging lessons
- Upload assignments and share resources on the LMS
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback
- Use blended learning techniques to create a student-centered learning environment
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes intellectual, social, and emotional growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate regularly with parents
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to school-wide discussions
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must possess:
- A graduate degree in Hindi or a related field
- A valid B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- A valid TET or CTET certification (preferably)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching Hindi language and literature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Strong digital literacy and ability to use online teaching tools
- Familiarity with Google Classroom and Learning Management Systems
- Experience with blended learning and student-centered approaches
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with students of varying learning abilities and needs
Salary and Benefits
As an NTT Hindi Teacher at Gd Goenka School Bhiwani, you will be offered a salary of Rs.18,000 - Rs.25,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
