3. Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
4. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum reforms.
6. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school decision-making.
7. Supervise students during laboratory sessions and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
8. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement.
9. Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc.) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized university.
- TET or CTET qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Physics at the senior secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of NCERT Physics curriculum.
Good to Have:
- Experience in teaching Physics at the ICSE or CBSE board.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
