- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the National Curriculum Framework.
- Provide individualized support to students who require additional help or enrichment.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of political science and integrate relevant research into your teaching.
- Encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities that promote social responsibility and community engagement.
- Develop and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment that promotes healthy relationships among students.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Political Science or a related field (M.A. / M.Sc. / M.Com.)
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree for teaching positions
- TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching at the secondary or senior secondary level
- Strong subject matter expertise and pedagogical skills

Salary and Benefits
