5. Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment.
6. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
7. Develop and implement assessments to measure student learning.
8. Participate in staff meetings and professional development programs.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum changes.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Post graduate degree in any stream with B.Ed/D.El.Ed.
- TET/CTET certification (not mandatory)
- 1 year of experience in teaching Reasoning to students.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of curriculum and instructional methods for Reasoning.
- Experience with technology integration in teaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of National Curriculum Framework for Teacher Education (NCFTE).
- Experience with curriculum planning and assessment.
- Ability to use technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Indian education system and policies.
