About This Role
Gd Goenka School Bhiwani seeks an experienced Shooting Coach to join its sports team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective shooting program for students.
What You Will Do
1. Design and implement a comprehensive shooting curriculum for students.
2. Conduct regular shooting practices and tournaments to encourage student participation.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with local shooting clubs and organizations.
4. Organize and participate in inter-school shooting competitions.
5. Provide coaching and guidance to students to improve their shooting skills.
6. Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest shooting trends, techniques, and technologies.
8. Collaborate with school administration to ensure the smooth operation of the shooting program.
Required Qualifications
A graduate degree is required for this position. Experience in shooting sports is essential, with a minimum of 3 years of coaching experience. Candidates with B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
