About This Role
Gd Goenka School Bhiwani seeks an experienced Skating Coach to lead and manage its skating programme. The Skating Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing the school's skating curriculum, promoting sports culture, and fostering a spirit of competition among students.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and execute regular skating sessions for students of various age groups and skill levels.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive skating curriculum that aligns with the school's educational objectives.
- Recruit, train, and supervise skating instructors and assistants as needed.
- Organize inter-school and intra-school skating competitions to encourage participation and healthy competition.
- Maintain the school's skating equipment and facilities in good condition.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and teachers.
- Collaborate with the school administration to integrate skating into the overall physical education programme.
- Represent the school in skating-related events and competitions as required.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize the risk of injuries during skating sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a graduate degree and at least 3 years of experience in coaching skating. A TET/CTET certification is not required for this position.
