Role Responsibilities
Teach Computer Science subjects, including programming languages like Python, Java, and C++, covering syllabi from Class 6 to Class 12. Conduct practical sessions in labs equipped with modern hardware to foster problem-solving skills. Develop and update lesson plans based on evolving curriculum guidelines while integrating real-world applications of technology. Assess student performance through projects, assignments, and periodic evaluations, ensuring a balanced approach to academics and extracurricular activities. Guide students in competitive programming and coding clubs to enhance their technical skills. Collaborate with the principal and faculty to implement innovative teaching methods, such as flipped classrooms or virtual labs, to improve engagement. Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking in computer science.
Eligibility
Hold a postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree to qualify for a TGT position in a school. Gain at least four years of teaching experience, preferably in Computer Science or related subjects. Experience in designing and delivering engaging coding tutorials and project-based learning is highly valued. Familiarity with educational software and digital tools used in schools is beneficial.
