Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Computer Science to students in classes VI to X
- Prepare lesson plans that incorporate technology, blending traditional and digital methods
- Integrate technology into classroom activities, such as coding, robotics, and digital literacy
- Use online resources and multimedia materials to enhance student engagement
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for students and teachers on computer science concepts
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects that incorporate computer science
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
- Participate in school-wide events and activities that promote technology literacy
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
- Post-graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not necessary
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of computer science concepts, including programming languages and software development
