About This Role
Sant Roshan Lal Vidhya Mandir is seeking to hire an experienced and skilled TGT Social Science Teacher to join our team in Bhiwani, Haryana. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Social Science to students in classes VI to VIII.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Social Science lessons to students
- Prepare and implement lesson plans, exams, and assessments
- Mark and provide feedback on student work
- Attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers to share best practices and resources
- Participate in school events and activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives and professional development
Who Can Apply
Must Have
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university
- CTET or TET certification (not essential)
- 3 years of teaching experience in Social Science
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good to Have
- Experience of teaching in a school setting
- Familiarity with the curriculum and teaching methods in Haryana
