Job Description
Millennium World School in Faridabad is looking for a non‑teaching‑track (NTT) Hindi teacher to join its faculty. The role involves delivering the Hindi curriculum to classes from primary to secondary levels, preparing lesson plans aligned with the board guidelines, and fostering a love for language and literature among students.
The teacher will conduct interactive sessions, assess student performance through regular tests and assignments, and provide feedback to help learners improve. Maintaining classroom discipline, using audio‑visual aids, and encouraging participation in Hindi debates, poems and cultural activities are essential parts of the job.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating with senior teachers for curriculum updates, maintaining attendance records, and participating in school events such as annual day and cultural programmes. The candidate should be comfortable communicating with parents about student progress and be willing to contribute to co‑curricular initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands‑on experience teaching Hindi, a solid grasp of the language’s grammar and literature, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs.
