About This Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Accountancy to students in classes 11 and 12. Key Responsibilities
1. Teach Accountancy to classes 11 and 12.
2. Prepare and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students.
3. Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress.
4. Provide individualized attention to students who require extra support.
5. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
6. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum activities.
8. Conduct parent-teacher meetings to keep parents informed of student progress.
9. Participate in School events and activities to promote student development.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university
- M.Com/MBA/MA in Accountancy or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in a School
- Strong knowledge of Accountancy concepts and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good to Have:
- CTET/TET certification
- Experience in teaching students with diverse learning needs
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms
Preferred Skills
- Strong subject matter expertise in Accountancy
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with School management software and tools
