The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons across Class 9 to 12, ensuring alignment with CBSE syllabus and exam patterns. You will assess student progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and project-based learning to identify strengths and areas needing improvement. Collaboration with the school’s academic team will be essential, including participation in curriculum reviews and teacher training sessions.
A strong command of mathematics, including calculus, algebra, and trigonometry, is required, along with experience in motivating students through interactive teaching methods. Your ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt lessons for diverse learning levels will be crucial. The ideal candidate will also mentor junior teachers and contribute to extracurricular math clubs or competitions.
A postgraduate degree in Mathematics with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Four years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level, preferably in mathematics, will be highly beneficial. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage.
