Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and conduct weekly dance classes for classes 1 to 5 at Asha Jyoti Vidyapeeth.
2. Prepare lesson plans aligned with CBSE or state board dance syllabus.
3. Organize school dance performances during annual day and other events.
4. Teach basic steps, rhythm, and expression in age-appropriate formats.
5. Maintain student attendance and participation records for each session.
6. Prepare students for inter-school dance competitions in Haryana.
7. Collaborate with art and music teachers for integrated cultural activities.
8. Use simple props and costumes to enhance learning in younger grades.
9. Provide feedback to parents during PTMs regarding student progress.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Dance or Fine Arts
- Minimum 3 years of dance teaching experience in schools
- Fluency in Hindi and English for classroom communication
- Physical stamina to conduct dance sessions daily
Good to Have
- TET or CTET qualification
- Certification in Indian classical or folk dance styles
- Experience with primary school children in Faridabad region
- Knowledge of CBSE or state board dance curriculum
- Participation in national or state-level dance workshops
