Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging Physical Education lesson plans, incorporating a range of activities to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Plan and conduct Physical Education classes, ensuring safe and inclusive participation from all students.
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment, promoting social skills and teamwork.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement cross-curricular activities, enhancing students' physical and emotional well-being.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students, addressing specific needs and abilities.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, sharing progress and feedback.
- Monitor and assess student progress, using data to inform teaching strategies and improve outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying updated on best practices in Physical Education and inclusive teaching methods.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive Physical Education program, aligning with the school's curriculum and values.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or a related field, with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a similar role is required, with a proven track record of promoting inclusive and engaging Physical Education practices. While CTET or TET certification is not mandatory, it is highly desirable.
