Who You Will Teach
You will be teaching physics to classes from VI to X, catering to the diverse needs and abilities of our students. Your students will be from a mix of backgrounds, and it's essential that you can adapt your teaching methods to meet their individual requirements.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver engaging physics lessons that cater to the needs of students from diverse backgrounds.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative teaching methods to make physics accessible and enjoyable for all students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to ask questions and explore concepts.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust your teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the physics curriculum.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to keep parents informed about their child's progress.
- Contribute to the development of the school's physics program, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in physics education and incorporate them into your teaching practices.
- Contribute to the school's extracurricular activities, such as science fairs and physics competitions.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field.
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory for teaching positions.
- A valid TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in teaching physics in a school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
