Job Overview

Day-to-Day Duties

4. Maintain accurate records of student progress, interventions, and support plans for administrative and compliance purposes.
5. Collaborate with external agencies, therapists, and counselors to ensure integrated support for students.
6. Monitor the implementation of accommodations and modifications in the classroom environment.
7. Prepare quarterly reports for school leadership highlighting trends, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
8. Assist in organizing awareness programs and parent workshops on special education and inclusion.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must hold a post-graduate degree in Special Education or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and Google Workspace is required. Familiarity with assessment tools and IEP documentation software will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience in designing and delivering professional development programs for educators is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for liaising with parents, teachers, and external stakeholders. The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary between Rs.30,000 and Rs.50,000.
