About This Role
The Tgt Headmistress role at G D Goenka Public School is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the administrative and academic standards of the TGT section. This role ensures smooth operations, adherence to curriculum guidelines, and alignment with the school’s vision. The Tgt Headmistress works closely with the principal and coordinators to maintain high standards across classes 6 to 8.
Day-to-Day Duties
Oversee the daily functioning of the TGT section and ensure adherence to academic schedules.
Monitor lesson plans, assessments, and student progress reports regularly.
Coordinate with subject teachers and coordinators for curriculum delivery and improvements.
Organize and conduct PTMs, student welfare initiatives, and disciplinary reviews.
Prepare monthly reports on attendance, performance, and academic achievements.
Ensure compliance with CBSE and school policies for TGT classes.
Collaborate with the principal on budget planning and resource allocation for the section.
Address parent concerns and maintain a positive school-community relationship.
Who Can Apply
Must Have: Postgraduate degree with B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification and minimum 3 years of experience in school administration or middle school leadership.
Good to Have: Prior experience as a TGT coordinator or section head in a reputed school.
