As a seasoned educator and seasoned professional in dance education, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TGT Dance Teacher to join the team at G.d. Goenka Public School in Faridabad, Haryana. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging dance lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
- Teach and demonstrate various dance techniques, styles, and forms to students
- Contribute to the development of the school's dance curriculum, ensuring alignment with National Curriculum and Board Exam requirements
- Coach students for Board Exams, including preparation for dance performances and assessments
- Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate dance with other art forms and subjects
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results
- Participate in school events, performances, and competitions to showcase student talent
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay updated with the latest developments in dance education, incorporating new techniques and methods into teaching practice
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Dance or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting. A TET or CTET certification is highly preferred but not essential.
