- Participate in staff meetings, contributing to discussions on curriculum development and teaching practices
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on curriculum changes
- Contribute to school events, exhibitions, and competitions that promote English language and literature
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in English literature or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
- NET or SET qualification is preferred but not mandatory
- Proven track record of academic excellence and board results
