About This Role
Vrinda International School in Faridabad, Haryana, is seeking a dedicated and experienced TGT English Teacher to join its faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students from Classes 6 to 12.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to classes of up to 30 students
- Prepare and administer assessments to measure student progress
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
- Provide additional support to students who require extra help
- Develop and implement English language learning materials
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver English curriculum
- Participate in school events and activities to promote English language skills
Who Can Apply
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in English or related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university
- At least 3 years of teaching experience as a TGT English Teacher
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages
Good to Have
- TET or CTET certification
- Experience teaching English language and literature to students from Classes 6 to 12
- Familiarity with curriculum design and development
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with digital tools and technology for teaching and learning
