The TGT Hindi Teacher at Millennium World School will design and deliver engaging classroom lessons that blend traditional and contemporary teaching methods. Daily responsibilities include planning lesson plans that incorporate grammar, literature, and communication skills, ensuring a balanced curriculum that meets academic standards. The teacher will assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Additionally, they will foster a positive classroom environment by encouraging participation, critical thinking, and cultural appreciation through Hindi poetry, storytelling, and interactive discussions. Collaboration with other teachers and parents will also be essential to support student growth.
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related discipline along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A strong command of the Hindi language, both written and spoken, is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this position, it will be highly beneficial. Experience in teaching Hindi to students in the 10th to 12th grade range is preferred, with at least two years of relevant classroom experience. Passion for language education and a commitment to fostering creativity and cultural understanding are key requirements.
