Assess student performance through continuous evaluation, providing constructive feedback to help them excel academically. Maintain a clean, organized classroom and contribute to the overall academic and extracurricular growth of students.
Requirements
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Physics. Possess a valid TET/CTET certificate as preferred but not mandatory. Minimum 4 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in a school setting. Strong command over physics concepts, problem-solving skills, and a passion for nurturing young minds in scientific exploration.
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English to interact effectively with students and parents. Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs while maintaining high academic standards. Familiarity with digital learning tools and educational technology is a plus.
Compensation
The selected candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary of Rs.25,000 to Rs.40,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
