What You Will Do
1. Teach Science subjects to students of classes VI to X, following the CBSE curriculum.
2. Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to cater to diverse learning styles.
3. Assess student progress, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance student learning outcomes.
4. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and creativity.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives and events related to Science education.
6. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in Science teaching and learning.
7. Contribute to the school's Science department by developing resources, materials, and activities to support student learning.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the post of TGT Science Teacher, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc.) with a Post-Graduation degree in Science (M.Sc.) or a related field. A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is mandatory for teaching positions in schools. CTET or TET is preferred but not essential.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Other benefits include a fixed medical allowance, gratuity, and leaves as per school norms.
